Registration Procedure
To register for ICOTEM 2023 send the ICOTEM 2023 Registration Form (in pdf format) and a copy of the payment proof to registration@fam.ulusiada.pt. Students should also send a copy of a valid student ID card.
Registration Info
At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register for ICOTEM 2023. One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers.

Full Delegate and Student Registration fee includes:
- Full access to all sessions
- One copy of the digital Proceedings
- Lunch & coffee breaks (19th and 21st July)
- Certificate of attendance
- Opening reception and conference dinner
Student Registration: a copy of a valid student card is required to register as a “Student”.
Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
The Accompanying Person registration fee includes the opening reception and conference dinner. The accompanying person is not allowed to present papers.
Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
